[問題] 推胸的觀念已刪文
板上大家好
臥推是推胸練胸肌的主要動作
可是有聽過2種說法
第一種是把重量往前推,收好肩胛
第二種是想像讓二頭肌往胸部夾
這2種都試過
第一種是簡單暴力,重量可以直上
第二種重量似乎無法太重,可是感覺對胸肌的伸展跟肌纖維走向是對的
請問哪個才是正確的啊~?
