[問題] 離職後想讓綜合體能上升 推薦去處
前陣子 因為各種複雜原因
已經沒法在公司待下去 選擇離職
且因為過去工作壓力跟工時非常高
身體直接壞光光
(具體是 身體肌肉僵硬 趨近於沾黏
目標:
由於個人不打算馬上找下一份工作
打算給自己4個月左右 空白的時間
好好的把身體養好
(綜合體能大幅上升 如果穿衣顯肌肉算賺到
具體要求:
因為我離職後時間多
可以一天可以有很多種運動
但如果找單個單個的運動課程
價錢會太貴
逐一報名 錢包會受不了
不知道有沒有某個地方符合我需求
(健身房或學校報名課程?之類的
運動偏好:
純跑步 覺得很痛苦
但如果是打球(羽毛球、桌球、網球)
過程喘的要死 但還是會開心不會痛苦
(不知道為什麼
拳擊聽說很好玩想試試
舉重系列沒試過
其他皮拉提斯還是 抓著繩子轉來轉去那個
有在朋友限時看過 但都沒試過
有翻過板上文章,希望不要扯到法律問題
