[問題] 減脂減重停滯期
大家好,我是剛加入健身房的新手,女生,目前我一週運動5天(禮拜一,三,五,六,
日)
,安排滑步機40分鐘+重訓50分鐘(還在熟悉器材),加上飲食控制,這三個禮拜從73 .5
公斤減到70.7公斤,但最近發現體重好像降不下來了,請問我要怎麼調整運動跟飲食呢?
目前練習滑輪下拉,坐姿划船 / 腿推,腿後勾,一三五練習,還在看YT摸索
滑步機是只要有去就會踩30-40分鐘,用阻力訓練模式,踩到很喘
三餐:
早餐:水煮蛋1顆,吐司2片,起司1片,奇異果半顆,豆漿一碗
午餐:自己帶便當,有肉,菜,白飯
晚餐:水煮蛋2顆 or 生菜夾烤肉片4片+蔬菜
晚上運動完:喝一碗豆漿
每天喝2200ml的水,餅乾一片
(早餐跟午餐吃飽,晚餐少吃,零食不吃)
想問大家還有哪裡可以改進的呢?
蛋白質,澱粉吃太少嗎?
還是要加強滑步機強度嗎?
