[問題] 這狀況是要改變飲食還是訓練方式呢?
我目前已經健身大約1年多,171cm 68kg體脂差不多都在15左右
該練的應該都有練到,但整體看起來還是偏瘦,肉量沒有太明顯增加
本來以為這個數據這樣是正常的也沒特別在意
但前一陣子看到霸宣分享他健身成果發現以數據來看我們是差不多的
只是視覺效果差很多,所以想先試著以他為目標
但我就有點不確定到底是要調整飲食還是訓練方式
飲食上我是沒有特別忌口,一天蛋白質差不多會吃到60-70克
健身頻率一周2-3練,一到兩天上肢一天下肢
都是用練完4組有點極限的重量去做,菜單都是用之前教練帶的方式練
想問看看大家進步的方式,先謝謝各位巨巨
