[問題] 如何放回槓鈴
我在學練槓鈴深蹲
但是問題在深蹲完
要把槓鈴放回架上 (胸前高度)
在這個狀態下眼睛看不到位置
只能多嘗試
這樣下來無端浪費更多體力
更怕受傷或掉落意外
有什麼技巧可以比較輕鬆正確的放回去
目前我的方法是舉高一點
稍微往前撞 有碰到架柱
再小心慢慢往下放
確定有放好再左右瞄一下
才敢鬆手
