[問題] 低碳水的迷思
乳提
很多人說要增肌減脂
高蛋白低碳水就對了
可是詢問AI的建議是
這種方法只適合短期
長期還是要營養均衡
況且碳水是合成肌肉的必要元素
長期低碳反而不利增肌
