
[討論] 硬舉容易受傷嗎?

剛自學傳統槓硬舉一個多月,重量進步很快沒多久就拉超過自身體重了,之前都是用六角槓,但六角槓裝、卸槓片太麻煩練幾次就不想用了
我是覺得動作卡卡的,我這樣算圓背還是駝背?
有沒有巨巨可以指點一下,謝謝
