[問題] 泡芙人增肌減脂指教

各位巨巨好
小弟我以前生活習慣不好
愛喝飲料、脂肪高的食物
4/10的inbody
身高:166 體重:67 體脂:34
體脂超高,所以我先算TDEE
因為我一個禮拜健身三次
TDEE大概2130左右
一個禮拜三次的全身課表
1.胸推、上斜胸推
2.高位下拉、划船
3.深蹲、直腿硬舉
都是8下*3組
然後我飲食就戒掉飲料甜食麵包餅乾還有油炸
我設定每天吃1900
蛋白質:111 碳水:238 脂肪:53
可是我目前都只有脂肪吃達標= =
蛋白質吃90左右,碳水160-180左右
一天兩餐,一餐正常飯菜,一餐健康餐
不吃垃圾食物,只吃一般飯菜好飽
想請問我目前還有什麼需要改善的嗎?
