[問題] 一次8組要做多重啊?
根據本魯看了很多YT教學
一些科普健身都會說到最佳是
一週12~20組,分2次練
一個部位一次八組,一週兩練,這樣效率最高
這八組是要做多幾rm的重量
說真的要做到8rm 八組真的很多耶
之前的鍊法一定會練個幾組重的
之後沒力就要降重,再去做器械把力量榨乾
(健身房前輩大概都是這種練法)
眾說紛云,我也沒結論
一次8組 這8組的重量要多重
才能達到最佳訓練?
