
[討論] 有人會維持身體前傾做划船嗎?

大多數人做划船,都是向右圖那樣,背部或許有小幅度的前後晃動,但大致上是直立的。
我忘記是在哪裡看到,說如果要加強闊背的感受度,可以讓身體維持向左圖那樣身體前傾
的姿勢去划船。
我今天試了一下,哇...如果讓身體維持向左圖那樣身體前傾的姿勢去划船,闊背感受真是
很好耶!尤其如果是單手去划,拉回時帶一點點旋轉就好,那闊背感受度真是滿分。
上背/斜方/菱形肌的參與度大幅度降低了,所以能做的重量比起正常位要少了15%左右,
不過我覺得如果要針對闊背,似乎是滿值得的。
但實務上又沒看過有人是這樣身體維持前傾去划船的....
所以大家會這樣去划船嗎?
