[問題] 深蹲訓練請教
各位前輩好
小弟目前 43y, 體重90kg , 深蹲pr 140kg
健身房經驗不到半年, 去健身主要都是深蹲為主
沒練上半身, 練腿初始目的是為了減重, 現在想要增加PR
一周大概兩練每次大約 1~1.5 hr閃人, 下面是每次深蹲的內容
主要是深蹲110kg 作組, 做完就拉拉單槓其他器材隨便做下就走了
20kg-10*1
50kg-5*1
80kg-5*1
100kg-5*1
120kg-5*1
130kg-2*1, 感覺好會在蹲140kg-1*1
110kg-5*6

目前都是憑感覺增加重量, 比如正式組變輕鬆了就開始加重量
最近兩次做完感覺沒那麼累, 也不會力竭隔天也沒很酸, 想請教
1. 需不需要再上多一點組數, 比如 5*6 -->5*10 之類
2. 如果目標要蹲到 200kg 一下, 這個年紀還有機會嗎 ? XD
