[問題] 伏地挺身正確的做法
大家好我松山歐巴桑
最近想要提升上半身的肌力跟核心穩定
很認真在做伏地挺身
每組是在倒數第二下已經撐不住結束
一天四組
做完之後
是脖子下方肩膀那兩塊酸
手臂前後跟背都沒有被虐待的感覺
想請問大肌肌小肌肌板友我這樣是不是姿勢有誤?
也想一起請教下上時正確的發力
然後要怎樣才知道動作是有正確的?
