[問題] 高蛋白一定要現泡嗎!

因為要秉持著運動完45分鐘內,吸收效果最好。
所以我的習慣是,
早上吃完早餐就去做無氧運動再接著有氧運動。
然而,在運動的前晚我就會先泡好高蛋白調勻放在冰箱。運動完就可以立即享用。
但有聽說高蛋白一定要現泡。我這樣做會降低吸收率嗎...求解
