[問題] 做腿部彎曲機(後彎)做到抽筋?
通常去健身房會先做20-30分鐘的滑步機
再一些器材後 才會開始做腿部彎曲機
但發現好像每次做後彎的腿部彎曲機 就有點快要抽筋的感覺
重點是 重量其實也沒有很大 大概就是前面兩三個的重量
而且我做前彎的腿部彎曲機就不會
不知道是不是因為我的姿勢不正確?
或是後彎的腿部彎曲機本來就易抽筋?
麻煩大家給我些意見^_^
