[討論] 這個月跟上個月訓練方式改變後之差異

上個月之前我是採取1個禮拜練1.4均練全身
這個月我改成練日.1.3.4
日/3為臥推、上斜推、硬舉、槓鈴划船、單槓、單手啞鈴划船、後三角飛鳥
日以大重量方式練,3以70%10*10組練
1/4為深蹲、抬腿機、壓腿機、壺鈴大跨蹲、2.3頭啞鈴、三角肌飛鳥
一樣1以大重量方式練,4以70%10*10組練
我基本上以練健力3項為主,目前的狀況是臥推85kg(+5)、硬舉150kg(+40)、深蹲120kg(-
10)
硬舉是因為看了拉拉熊大的文章後改變姿勢所以瞬間就從110變140,因此硬舉應該算是+1
0,至於腿的退步讓我有點意外,而從inbody 來看也的確是腿減少了肌肉量
這個月飲食跟上個月大至相同,差別在於我每天多攝取了1杯紅red脫脂牛奶(量為精準10
0g粉在套水=33.4g蛋白質),也是在實驗之前版上的文章
這個月感想是練後容易疲勞,而且可能強度有點過高導致消耗了肌肉,試問我是否應該增
加熱量攝取
然後下個月我打算再回到練全身的方式,估計練3天/周以實驗最近的熱門話題
