[問題] 硬舉前臂先爆
各位巨巨大家好
這週剛開始跑Bill Starr的5x5
本來以為暖身週都蠻輕鬆的
沒想到昨天硬舉(RDL)70kg就卡關
後面兩組腿和臀都還ok但前臂握不住,第四下或五下就掉下來了
請問這種情況是下週硬舉繼續維持同重量
,還是乾脆準備個拉力帶呢?
