[問題] 新手伏地挺身的強度
各位大大好
小弟新手第一次發文
最近幾個禮拜開始做稍寬的伏地挺身
一次做到累可以做25~30下
以25/20/15為三組做伏地挺身
組間休息1~2min
三組做完再做持續到完全做不起來
請問要把胸肌跟手練大這樣強度夠嗎
小弟我身高183 體重73
求各位肌肉大大們指教 謝謝
