[問題] 減肥遇到撞牆期?
最近想減到70kg(練前93kg)
所以練4個月後83kg就遲滯不動了!
所以想加重有氧時數!但又怕肌肉發展受限!
1.想問大大重訓完90分鐘有氧是否會影響到肌肉的成長與維持?
2.減脂期是否可以追大重量嗎?(硬舉、深蹲)
3.減脂期是否需要禁慾!
我看報導女性荷爾蒙促進形成脂肪,尻完會上升之後脂肪易堆積之類?
