[問題] 新手-增重減脂有辦法同時進行嗎?
如題 小弟目前身高體重178/63 體脂肪16~20間
四肢很瘦弱但肚子和臉超大
有點懷疑脂肪全都在臉和肚子上
像80公斤胖子的臉配50公斤瘦子的四肢
自從進健身房純重訓已經半年多
有感覺能做的重量已經提升不少
所以最近有考慮要開始跑步減脂
如果想多吃點增加肌肉量
體脂一定會跟著變高
又想開始跑步減體脂肪
感覺兩種目的有點相沖到
怕效果會不好
不知道有沒有人能幫忙解惑
在此先謝謝各位的幫忙
