[問題] 週訓練組數?
已爬文@@,但或許是針對健美、健力、爆發力等等領域的說法都不同,所以資訊有點紊亂
…這邊是想請教各位巨巨以肌肥大為目的下,各部位每週訓練總組數要如何拿捏?
相關問題之前有巨巨曾推文提到,一個部位一週總訓練組數不用超過16組(感覺很容易超
過…),多練的效益不大。黃阿文教練則是在影片提過,每個部份一週練兩次,每次只需
練「兩個」動作,多練似乎只是貪心………
但是,先前文章中則是有許多巨巨表示「榨乾」就對了,這似乎是指只要體力還夠,能操
幾組就操幾組…………
這邊想請各位巨巨說說哪種說法較能達到健美肌肥大的目的,謝謝~
