[問題] 請問喝茶會阻礙蛋白質吸收嗎
如題
我剛接觸重訓不久,才一兩個月,
平常也會上網搜尋相關資訊及飲食建議。
我聽到了一個說法,就是茶類的攝取會影響蛋白質吸收。
所以現在我都不敢喝茶,因為一周我運動2~3次,
其他時候就是多補充豆腐,牛奶,蛋類等蛋白質。
但是本身有喝茶的習慣,所以想請問各位,
茶類會妨礙蛋白質吸收是煞有其事嗎?
還是說只要不要剛運動完喝就沒事?
