怎樣跑步效果比較好?
有些跑步機會設定比如說快走5分鐘接著快跑5分鍾之類的循環
那我想請問,以減脂爲目標來說,持續一定速度跑30分鐘效果較好呢?
還是照著跑步機所設定,這種忽快忽慢的節奏會比較好?
