[閒聊] 有人吃肉吃到很膩嗎...??
不知道版上有沒有人跟我一樣
維持好幾年的每日4~6餐飲食
每天都是雞胸肉、魚肉、牛肉的無限蛋白餐
忽然有一天真的吃到很膩
很不想再把肉放進嘴吞下肚...
然後
開始有幾餐轉向素食!?
偶爾吃吃黃豆、雞嘴豆、扁豆
換換口味也不錯的概念
很好奇素食者是如何維持肌肉量的??
每餐30g蛋白質的你們會怎麼吃??
(話說乳清+雞嘴豆打成汁滿好喝的,栗子奶霜的味道)

+1 個人覺得不管葷餐或素餐,訓練好像沒多大影響
重點是能換換口味 ,肉真的會吃膩阿
