[問題] 核心肌群cp值不高?
如題
我自己的經驗是之前也都不練核心
導致穩定度不足容易代償
最後還是乖乖把核心加入菜單中
覺得練了cp值滿高的呀
畢竟穩定度是根基
但時不時會看到「核心肌群cp值不高不用特別練」這句話
想請問大家是什麼原因呢?
該說我是女生嗎
