[問題] 背部肌肉的力量訓練
今天一位朋友給我看了某訓練App
其中在力量的建議訓練項目中沒有針對背部肌群的訓練
我想到在水肥哥的力量訓練文章中有提到
力量訓練的三大項「深蹲、硬舉、臥推」
這讓我非常好奇背部肌群對於力量的展現效益為何?
或是在進行其他訓練動作時對於背部的刺激已經足夠了?
以力量訓練給我的觀念是為了增加在運動上或日常生活中力量的表現
雖然隨著不同的運動項目需要加強針對的肌群不同
但是背部肌群真的不用特地加強嗎?
當有一天掛在懸崖邊爬不上去時...背肌RRRRR?!
