[問題] 碳循環的蛋白質
在低碳日蛋白質要240
我的菜單是
早餐乳清+牛奶+燕麥
餐間共四顆蛋
午餐200g雞胸
餐間乳清
晚餐200顆雞胸
睡前駱蛋白
如果是休息日乳清也是這樣喝下去嗎
訓練日就算了
休息日這樣補乳清不知對不對
雞胸200g很緊繃 也加不上去
請問這樣的吃法對嗎?
(碳水跟脂肪沒問題)
