[討論] 增肌:熱量充足比蛋白質更重要?
聽過一個說法:
增肌熱量要充足,熱量有足夠的盈餘,才會進行同化作用,
非常利於增肌,熱量充足,甚至蛋白質有時一兩餐吃的不是那麼多,
影響也不大。
所以以前古代很多人就是飯桶,吃大量的飯,其他就吃的普通,
也是練得很壯。
吃素食的人也是,進食大量的碳水類,油脂也夠,就算蛋白質稍微不足,
由於熱量夠,所以蛋白質很省,所謂蛋白質節省作用,可以都拿去
建造肌肉,不會被當熱量燒掉。
而如果熱量不夠,就算蛋白質比例再高,也不會增肌的。
