大家重訓所追求的目標是什麼呢? 1 強化身體 做其他運動不容易受傷 2 把身體線條練得好看 重量能不能推得很重不重要 外形看起來好看就好 3 越舉越重 什麼器材不插到底好像就不過癮 槓片不全上身體就不太舒服 4 練成肌肉棒子 路上人一看就知道你有在練 搞不好還懷疑你是健身教練 5 釋放壓力 沒有做其他運動 把重訓當運動釋放壓力~ 大家的想法是什麼呢?
