[心得] 宵夜神器
開始健身已半年,很容易肚子餓,像我今天19:30吃了350g的豬肉、一碗糙米飯、一個拳頭大的青江菜。1:00喝完一罐義美豆漿,2:00又餓,吃掉兩包蘇打餅乾,還是餓。
想說看冰箱有沒有什麼優良蛋白質可補充,結果發現有一種食物可耐久放、低熱量含蛋白質,且份量足夠很有飽足感,那就是豆腐。

90.8卡熱量、9.8g的蛋白質,比無糖豆漿更完美,而且能放得比豆漿更久,拆開來淋上醬油就很美味了!
建議各位巨巨可準備幾塊豆腐在冰箱備用,真的超神!
