[問題] 我慢跑消脂的方式是不是沒效?
看了很多文章都說要超過30分鐘才會消脂
但實在是覺得有點浪費時間..
我目前都是跑3200公尺(8圈),其中4圈是加速跑半圈,慢速跑半圈
有點類似HIIT的方式
全程大概16~17分鐘左右
一周兩到三次
跑了超過半年,不過效率感覺並不大..(不忌口可能影響不小吧!)
還是我應該要把圈數拉長?然後跑慢一點?
(我想要讓腹肌更明顯,然後順便消除臀部與腰間贅肉,肌肉訓練額外有做)
另外,一般人說的慢跑超過三十分鐘,
到底是要超過「幾分鐘」呢?
以我的速度不就可以跑約12~14圈?(後面應該累了)
或是有沒有比較推薦的模式,能節省一點時間的呢?
