[問題] 滑輪練胸有感但啞鈴臥推及飛鳥則無感
我目前練胸主要有三種方式,其中以滑輪對外胸跟前三角肌的刺激最為明顯,若是改用啞鈴臥推跟飛鳥的話,則胸肌幾乎無出力的感覺,重量反而是落在手臂上。是我姿勢錯誤嗎?還是有其他原因呢?謝謝
