[問題] 三種划船方式,有軟墊比較好?
划船機大概在使用者胸腹部前有個軟墊,

這裡是肌肉版專注特定肌肉刺激,不是運動版,搞借力技巧就不談了,
所以晃動借力對背闊肌的專注刺激訓練效果就較差?
那第二(槓鈴曲體划船)第三(滑輪坐姿划船)就用標準動作不要晃動,
跟划船機比較來看,三者都使用同一個重量,效果會一樣?
