[問題] 爆發力
最近在研究power clean和jerk以及snatch這種爆發力的舉重
看書上寫說這些動作可以鍛鍊到腿部的爆發力
所以是可以當作用來訓練跳躍力的動作嗎?
還有我最近剛開始練,總覺得動作不太標準
有已經練出一些心得的前輩可以分享一下
當初循序漸進的訓練過程或是該注意的tips嗎?
