如題
想在一個月內做到大臂週長增加一公分
而且是伸直狀態測量
非曲屈出力
請問這種目標會很困難嗎
有啞鈴
但是飲食上只多補充豆漿
沒有吃其他現成高蛋白食物有可能辦到嗎
