[問題] 有沒有不用啞鈴的方法練二頭肌
最近剛接觸健身,想先在家不用器材練習
並養成運動習慣,在家會做伏地挺身(手臂夾緊身體),和仰臥起坐
可是後來發現,伏地挺身做完感覺都沒啥用到二頭
感覺是三頭和上胸的肌肉比較緊繃。
請問有辦法在不用啞鈴的強況下,較有效率的練到二頭嗎?
