[問題] 重訓完再HIIT 會影響肌肉??
資料:
身高:174
體重:78
體脂肪:26
BMI: 25.7
各位大大好,
我是一位剛在減肥的胖子,
已經運動了3個月了~
最近都去健身房1hr~1.5hr (每個禮拜 2~3天)
都是先重訓40~50分鐘(主要都 胸大肌、二頭 或作握推)
接下來 15~20分鐘 練HIIT --> 跑步機 (低:6 高:15)
因為是先無氧 再 有氧 怕先前重訓的肌肉 被強烈跑步而影響到,無法成長
所以想來問各位大大,這方法是否可兩全其美? (練肌肉+減脂)
或是要更改一下呢??
p.s 主要目的還是先把體重、脂肪降下來為主!
