[問題] 練背窄握的重要性
阿文教練的書強調窄握練滑輪下拉
或者是窄握單槓
可以加強從正面看到闊背肌的可能性
說是"不可忽略"的動作
可是在重訓室實際看到練窄握的好像又不多..
所以想問大家練背都有排窄握的動作嗎?
