[問題] 跑步消脂?
最近想努力的降體脂肪
一個禮拜大概跑5000大概跑個2 3次
在最後兩圈的時候,會用間歇跑的方式跑完
請問如果換成頭兩圈用間歇跑,會比較有效果嗎?
