[問題] 啞鈴臥推沒力時 怎麼收啞鈴防止被砸到
小弟我平常都以槓鈴臥推為主 不論是自由重量或史密斯機都會請朋友幫補一下
最近試試看啞鈴臥推 發現舉到動不了的時候有點恐怖 很怕砸到自己
有點不知道怎麼收啞鈴 怕沒用好會折到手
看了一些影片跟在健身房的人是會往內收 放在肚子上或是大腿上
上次試了一下往內縮的時候根本沒那力量撐住 一下就砸再肚子上 很痛
請問這方面有無甚麼小技巧阿?
