[問題] 我的情況該先有氧降體脂再重訓嗎?
身高 176
體重 72~75之間來回
(跑步30分鐘後會瘦個2公斤左右)
體脂 19.5%(用一般的體脂機量的)
我的狀況是上半身看起來不像70公斤以上的
但是大腿內側的脂肪很大一塊
我猜重量都集中在下半身
所以想練上半身
但是又怕這樣肌肉長起來 體重會變太重
現在訓練方式是兩天做一次重訓 只做肩膀 + 背 + 握推
然後兩次重訓後一次跑步(大約20分鐘)
但是做了1個月 覺得脂肪沒消 肌肉也只長一點點~"~
在想該不會有氧運動把肌肉消耗掉了...
是不是該停止跑步?
但是體脂肪19.5%....感覺很肥...
希望版友可以給個建議
