[問題] 因為要練球卡住不知道該怎麼辦的重訓

大大們好
我本來暑假是練一三五的重訓
但開學後練球在星期四
結果我三練完隔天練球就酸軟無力...
但我又想保持一週三次的規律~
所以我在練球後去重訓(星期四)比較好?還是一樣三去?
ps我爬過文是說不要練完球去重訓好
但我練排球 而且是系隊 訓練強度比較沒有那麼劇烈比較多像有氧==
拜託各位解答~~
