[閒聊] 金門當兵該怎麼健身
小弟運氣很好 抽到金門
但是經過新訓之後 我發現根本沒什麼機會給你訓練阿
每天伏地挺身 仰臥起坐次數不會很多 ( 想自己做 但是會害羞 也沒有時間)
去金門應該比較有空了?
下部隊應該會有固定的體能活動
拉單槓 伏地挺身 仰臥起坐 是最能健身的方法了嗎 ?
請有經驗的學長們分享 感恩
