[問題] 酸痛與肌肉的破壞
請問一下
是不是只要隔天訓練過的部位
有酸痛感,就代表肌肉有被破壞?
因為我發現練2頭肌時,10磅20下8組
和20磅10下5組,都做到極限,隔天的酸痛感卻是一樣的,其它部位也有類似的情況,到底對肌肉的生長那種比較有效呢? 理論上因該是第二種,但第一種也能造成相同的酸痛度,並不只是練耐力的感覺,請高手解惑,謝謝
