[問題] 練啞鈴如何避免練到小手臂
練啞鈴主要是要練肱二頭肌
但是常常小手臂的肌肉不行了
肱二頭肌卻沒什麼練到
請問是姿勢不正確嗎??
我練的方式是把手臂關節放在大腿上
因為聽說站著練對關節不好
請問有什麼正確的姿勢能夠盡量不練到小手臂的肌肉
