[問題] 離拍婚紗只剩不到兩個月 我還能做什麼?
我的身高大約是177公分體重77公斤
上次測量體脂是22%...
離拍婚紗不到兩個月
我能夠挽救什麼呢?
是減肥降低體脂
還是努力練肌肉呢?
目前是每週一三五去健身房跑3000公尺
加練一些重訓
不過覺得體重跟肌肉根本沒有變化....
拍婚紗我希望至少讓自己肚子消一些
腹肌我想應該是不夠時間了...
能夠有一些胸肌也不錯
不知道胸肌如果我每天早晚都做伏地挺身是否能夠有增加?
不知道版上有無好的建議?
