[問題] 酸哪補哪嗎???
請問各位大大
我最近開始重訓
也有喝高蛋白EAS
我只想練上半身
因為跳舞的關係想說就練一下身體
我都做仰臥起坐70*3
蝴蝶機做到酸快夾不起來
基本上蝴蝶機跟仰臥起坐交換練
這樣的話我喝下去的高蛋白是會修補
我重訓時痠痛的肌肉嗎
還有我重訓完還會練舞
這樣會補到練舞時腳痠的肌肉嗎
最近想買個滾輪滾這樣腹肌會快點跑出來嗎
