[問題] 腳踝受傷
小弟是加州的會員~平常都穿AIR FORCE跑步
最近發現腳踝內側痛,發現是腳底肌膜炎,需要休息一段時間
想請問在休息時還有什麼有氧機器可以做的
以及受傷是鞋子的問題還是跑步方法的問題
平均一次跑40min 6100M
0~5min 從6.0~7.0(每分鐘速度+2)
6~15min 從7.0~8.0(每分鐘速度+1)
16~40min 從8.0~13.0(每分鐘速度+2)
還是是鞋子的問題?
如果是鞋子的問題有沒有值得推薦的便宜鞋款 謝謝
