[問題] 重訓時肚子怎麼辦
想請問各位朋友
我最近在作訓練的時候
往往做到一半的時候就會開始感覺到肚子餓
因為之前不會有這種情況
所以我現在都是帶一條巧克力等到肚子餓的時候吃
請問有沒有比吃巧克力更好的方法
或是大家遇到這種情況都怎麼解決呀?
