[問題] flat rate/free shipping & 關稅DDP

各位好，我在某購物網站上看到運費: For a limited period: Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over ￡150 (or US$ or €)", (訂單超過英鎊美金歐元150，全球免運) 關稅: 表示使用 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)(關稅已包含) 查過DPP意義:"賣方於進口指定地點將貨物交付買方。賣方須負擔辦理進口報關手續、支付關稅，並負擔將貨物交付買方為止" 需要的物品約為￡450 但最後結算時網頁顯示: 450 (物品金額) 52 (關稅) 25 (運費) ----------共527 寫信去問該網站客服他們說 To answer your questions as best we can; shipping is applicable to all orders, we charge a flat rate no matter the size of the item or value. (我的理解:所有訂單不論金額尺寸我們都收取flat rate) We're happy to offer a DDP service which we hope makes the delivery process smoother and more efficient for our customers outside of the EU. Any relevant taxes and duties are charged at the time of placing your order, meaning you will not be requested to pay anything further when your order arrives in the country of delivery. This speeds up the process of clearance with the local customs authorities and border control. (我的理解:為了加速報關etc, 您下單時我們先收取關稅，清單頁列給您) 問題1: 網頁標明免運但依然收取flat rate? 是我理解有誤嗎?
