[問題] PAYPAL付款時一直出現錯誤訊息
今天第一次想使用 PAYPAL 付款，
卡片也都認證完了，
但是下標的網頁頁面一直出現這個訊息：
Something went wrong when trying to process your payment. Please review the
error message and try again:
Something went wrong when trying to process your payment. You may try again.
一直重新登入選取卡片也一直不成功，不知道該怎麼辦？
